Victoria Agyepong is an award-winning mixed-methods Economic Development Policy Lead with an MSc in economics and is an MSc rural planning and development candidate. She has over five years’ experience working and researching sustainable and inclusive economic development research issues in Canada, England, Sweden and Ghana. She is currently leading the development of impactful research and evidence-based workforce development programs, through broad-based partnerships, to improve meaningful workforce integration of new Canadians, refugees, women, immigrants, youth and seniors at Skills for Change.
