Michael Stebleton's current studies focus on understanding the experiences of first-generation and immigrant college students, including the impact of career courses on career planning and career decision-making. He teaches in the first-year experience and at the graduate level. His publications appear in a variety of academic journals, including the Career Development Quarterly, Journal of College Student Development, Journal of Employment Counseling, and the Journal of College and Character.
