COVID-19 required the careers sector to respond rapidly in how we reach and serve our clients. Our workshops have been moving online for a few years for students' convenience. When Ontario colleges and universities sent students and staff home, we moved our 3-day Get Hired career conference online in just six weeks, and doubled our reach from ~200 to 500+! Immediately after we launched a virtual Job Seekers Club, and began hosting networking events online. We did it all using well-known and low-cost technology!
